Yesterday on GH, Sam returned home to Port Charles and to Patrick. While talking to Patrick, she got down on one knee and proposed, asking Patrick if he would still marry her. During these scenes, Sam was wearing a pair of black platform booties by Sam Edelman. Thank you anonymous for identifying Sam's boots!
