On Tuesday's episode of General Hospital, Lucy arrived at the Haunted Star ready to officiate Maxie and Levi's wedding. It's so very nice to have the talented Lynn Herring back as Lucy Coe. Watching Lucy always puts a smile on my face and she makes every scene more fun!
